I use the OmniLux system, originally manufactured in Australia. I have also used a SoliTone system with and LED panel and seen the Celluma system at shows. The Omnilux is so superior I almost wouldn't put them in the same category. The number of diodes in the Omnilux is vast in comparison, and each separate panel has only one wavelength, ie. 630 for red LED. It is a medical LED system, and the results are also vastly superior. I highly recommend this system if you can afford it. It works and clients love the results. You can research the science behind LED and skin online. It began with Nasa and moved from there to medical treatments for burn patients.
