In your opinion fellow Esty's, what is the BEST product containing hyaluronic acid on the market today?  I have used the pure hydration from glo, the agless from skin scripts and the Image, personally.  I love all of them but the most visible difference in my skin from one use was with the Image one.  Just curious what your thoughts are.

**I have a client that is going to her son's wedding ad was looking for brightening and tightening...she came in and I gave her a lactic peel and I am going to do the SS passion fruit next week but I mentioned the HA because it has that plumping effect (her skin is dry/aging)...so I told her that I would look into it and get back to her.

As always, thanks!!!

I like the Image one too because it is very plumping. I haven't tried a ton, but really feel the difference when I wear it vs. don't wear it. It's also important to find a great cream to layer on top of the HA because otherwise it draws the moisture from your skin to do the plumping. The way I understand HA is it needs to be "sandwiched" to give your skin the best benefit.

I know HA is marketed to hold up to 1000x its molecular weight in h2o, but I've always wanted to know studies on exactly how much EACH product holds because we know that there are different qualities/variances in HA and a product's chemical composition.

Maybe encourage her to use a primer on top of everything too for the wedding day. I'm embarrassed to admit it, but I really like Murad's primer. Also, Smashbox has always had an amazing set of primers too. As estis, we know that you can count on a good primer to help make a palette perfect! ;)

great advice on the layering.  The client really wants that wow effect for this wedding. I think I am going to lean towards the Image only becuase I know when I first used it a year ago (it's been a while) I totally had that WOW effect.  She actually is using smashbox primer I beleive.  I think while I am at it too I will buy it for myself...LOL...

Best results are to pair and HA serum with Vit C serum.

I like a "layered" approach like LK talks about...

cleanse, use a hydrating mist, serums, mist and wait a little, moisturizer, wait, then sunscreen.

I also rec. for dry peeps to mist right over their foundation during the day.

Use both serum am and pm for glowing skin fast.  Oh - and maybe have her use the Glycolic cleanser every other day ( I have to stop myself - I love the way my skin looks after I use this and want to use every day!), that way the serums will work even faster!

I thought that the Le Mieux HA serum was good.

Some people retail it but I had only purchased the big bottle for back bar.

great ideas Cindy!  Thank you!!  I haven't heard of that line and will cehck it out!

I have used Sanitas too...theirs is great but only avail in backbar and I would have to pick it up at the show since they have a min opening order of $1500...their HA is $90 wholeslae but it lasts forever!

What do you think of sanitas products overall? When I lived in Colorado a few of my colleagues used Sanitas, I think it made in CO. I never tried it.

I liked, not loved it!  They have a great line with a ton to offer and their enzymes smell really great but it's a bit pricey and the start up is a lot.  I did like their HA.  Didn't feel great results from the different peels and wasn't crazy about the cleansers.  I really love Skin Scripts a lot better and will be switching over to their line soon.

Hylunia's Pure Hyaluronic Complex is the absolute best one I have used.

thanks!@  I checked out their products and will request information!

Which Image HA product are you referring to?

The pure HA serum that comes in the little dropper.  I think I am going to go with the Skin Scripts for right now for my client because she liked the results from the facial and I used it on her...but I am going to order some Image for my own personal use.

SS HA toner is my biggest seller. I LOVE it
