I just finished my latest "Let's Chat" entry and I feel like it's pretty powerful!

I'd love to hear what you think: http://www.shelleyhancock.com/letschat.html

BRAVO Ms. Shelly! :) THIS is why I LOVE you so much! I absolutely love your energy and I hope someday I can attain this same type of way of living (I think I have it for the most part) but—sometimes it is just so darn hard to stay positive with so much going on around us. I do BELIEVE in this though and I do have FAITH, I just have to practice it on a daily basis, sometimes on a minute to minute basis ;) I so NEEDED to read your 'chat' today and do believe EVERYTHING happens for a reason. So thank you my friend/mentor BIG hugs to you—MuuuWah! :)

BTW, is there still room for me on Monday?

MuuuWah back at ya my friend!!! Thanks for your thoughts...it encourages me to keep on keepin' on with my "chats".

Yes, we would love to have you spend the day with us on Monday!!

What a beautifully written post. Keeping a positive outlook is so important and yet sometimes underrated. Your words were very encouraging to me, a great reminder that the possibility and opportunity is always within reach and within my control. Thanks Shelley !

Great post. I needed to hear this today. Youre so right, think positive and happy things, and it will happen. Thanks again.

Thanks for this!!! It's so true and being positive can be hard with negative people/things around you so surrounding your self with happiness and cheer will help to bring that! I love this!!!!

It can be easy to be negative but takes work to be happy all the time. I will keep this in mind on a day to day basis!!!

It's really kind of wild how we can stay stuck on something negative so easy...ever catch yourself rambling in your mind, on and on and on about something that pissed you off? It's harder to ramble about happy things. It's almost like we are hard wired toward the negative. But, with practice we can change the hard wiring to lean toward the positive and you'll be amazed at what/who starts showing up in your life when you do change the wiring.

Shelley- your comments (Oct 2011) meant more to me then you know! I have been blessed to have been a stay at home mom for 19 years. I got my Esty license 5 yrs ago, but family life was full and it wasn't time for me to enter the job market. It's now time and I'm so excited! I've been working on my, Menu of Services, for months in my head and it took two weeks to complete it on paper! Lol! I keep rethinking myself because my whole strategy has been treatment based as opposed to offering facials. This is different from 90% of the menus I've seen in my area and I've been wondering if I'm starting off wrong...I still offer a few facials, but I want my clients to see a difference in their skin when they leave my room! I've incorporated superficial peels into my treatments, (it's only $1 per layer!!), rather then tack that service on as an add-on. Well see how it goes...but your "Chat" made me feel as though I'm heading in the right direction. Thanks!

Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hello everyone:)

Ms.Shelly Hancock you are a familiar face from when I inquired about the FSD a while ago and to hear how AMAZING you are from your chat made a world of difference for me. Can you all believe that I have actually been dealing with things that have had me questioning whether it's ok to be happy? I have been subconsciously ashamed of being in a happy state while those around me (over me and equals workwise) are miserable. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR LETTING THIS ONE PERSON KNOW THAT I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING WRONG AND THAT IT IS OK:)
