Which one is your favorite? Do you think one is better than the other? Trying to decide if I want to sell both or just keep one in stock. Convincing clients to purchase eye cream/serum is difficult for some reason. They seem to understand but won't spend the money. I've been using one since I was 21 so I am baffled by it!
Thanks

I have both, but I use the cream.  I bought the serum for my bf because he tends to get slightly dark under the eye area and that one is supposed to be better for dark circles.  he of course does not usually use it religiously...and I usually have to apply it...so I am not sure about results.  I use the other daily and I really like it.

I feel the same as Sheila.  I love the cream the best because its so softening and feels good.  The serum is designed specifically for dark circles and puffiness.  You can expect a 50% improvement in the dark circles IF the client uses it every day, twice a day.  Because dark circles are generally caused by allergies (or its hereditary), we can only treat the symptoms topically.  I think 50% improvement is good, but again, it has to be every day, twice a day.

According to Paula Begoun "The Cosmetics Cop" there is no need for a separate eye cream. She recommends people to use their moisturizer. Nice way to save money if she is correct.

I like Paula Begoun and have all her books but don't agree with everything and that is one of them. The eye area is thinner than the rest of the face so it just doesn't seem possible that our moisturizer can penetrate that thin skin. I would mush rather have something specifically made for that area. Once I learned the difference, I saw a difference.

I like her too, but she is not the only opinion out there, it has worked out for me personally just fine!. Thank you for you input on this. We do carry eye creams at the spa.

I use the cream too and prefer it so I'm glad that you ladies both picked those. :)

Lisa- Will the cream also help with dark circles though? Or if that is my clients concern, should they buy the serum only?

Thank you!

What about using both? Serum in the a.m cream in the p.m. that way you cover all issues (if you have them) I use the serum because at times when I don't get enough sleep I get the dark circles.  I think I'll start using the cream as well.

Lisa: would this be an effective full eye treatment or overkill?  The price is reasonable enough to use and recommend both.

I love the cream and since I have been using it, I have noticed a decrease in a couple of fine lines that were starting to develop. I also agree with Sheila and Lisa. I was also wondering the same as Denise. Is it okay to use both or will just one do?

Yes, you could layer the serum and then the cream (serum first, cream second).  I have a lot of estheticians recommend it that way.  I, personally, only use the cream.  If someone has dark circles, the serum is going to be much more effective because (1) it has 3 peptides to work on the pigment, and (2) its a serum and it will penetrate better.

Yes, you could make an eye treatment out of the serum/cream with a light layer of the Seaweed Mask on top.

I am going to try this on myself since I have all 3!  Another awesome suggestion Lisa!

By the way I got your message and THANK YOU!! :)
