Anyone have knowledge of Denver, CO schools?
Hi,
After 10 years in the dental industry, I have decided I want to pursue a different career. I am very interested in becoming an esthetician. Does anyone have any recommendations for school in the Denver area? Thank you.

International Academy of Elite Esthetics and Micropigmentation -Karen Milsap. Good" hands-on" school. Englewood/Littleton. I don't live in state anymore, but hope it is still open! Good Luck!

Thanks Beth. I was very curious about that school. It seems they offer more for the medical esthetician than other schools. I am leaning toward the medical side, however, I am equally interested in complete pampering and spa work ..including reiki. ..Just curious...do you have any opinion about Aveda schools?

I HIGHLY recommend Westland Beauty Academy in Lakewood. Veronica Styles is the owner and she's awesome. The school allows a lot of flexibility. Check her out!

I don't know if Boulder is an option. I am just graduating from Concentric Healing Institute. We have learned a lot of alternative therapies. The school owner Gillian is amazing.

Probably not an option because it is an hour away and I have two young children. I would love to keep in touch though and hear how you are doing since graduating...best of luck.
