I love it!  But, i think it is perfectly healthy at times to shed tears and feel down.  If we don't then our innards get knotted and become like a volcano!  It's good to have a long chat with yourself in the mirror, tell yourself you are a dim wit, laugh at yourself then get over it!  (so British, i know!!) hahaha   But, in the meantime...I think it is ok to feel like you want to run in the opposite direction.  How else will we appreciate the good things when they come along?   I catch myself occasionally running away with tears in eyeballs...but when that feeling has lifted, gosh I feel good again.   Or maybe I just have bi-polar and like up's and down's!  :) :)

I read a very good article a few months ago about the mental health issues in the U.S (not saying you have one!!) and it was saying that people spend more time trying to be upbeat instead of allowing melancholy days to enter their lives naturally...so that when they do feel down, they get so upset that they are down....it leads to issues and a feeling of weakness.  Years ago, when people were down, they sat and played the piano or read/wrote poetry.  People now are too busy trying to be perfect with perfect thoughts ... but we should all embrace those melancholy days and go with the tears.  The earth has seasons and we all have seasons too.  Planting, germinating, growing, dying....and on and on.  I liked that article.  It was very real to me. Today I am a daffodil bulb waiting for spring!

Hope to see your new place soon....bet it is just lovely.   Have a lovely xmas!

AND I WISH you had called me!  I am in your neighborhood and am re-known for being a good listener!  You should have called me and I would have knocked your little noggin!  xx

Claire...you are always so funny and uplifting! I'm not down in your neighborhood yet. Right now I'm just moving my Center up here to another location here (they are demolishing my building!). I didn't want to move. I love my beautiful center. That's probably why all the issues started happening...I have been fighting this move from the start!

I'm still planning on getting down your way by February and open up another training center down there. We'll be chatting soon!!

You are back on track now! So excited for your new adventure in the new center! I emailed you the other day about microcurrent, so Ill be giving you a call soon. Have a wonderful weekend :)

Hi Angela....I look forward to chatting very soon!

gud work dear :)

I think it's perfectly normal to grieve over something like this.

You have spent so many years at that location and poured so much of yourself into it.

Even though it's "just" a move, it's still a loss.

When I had to close my skin center this year it was devastating. Before I moved out I made a little video to send to my mom who had never seen it. After I closed, I watched the video with tears streaming down my face. It's so hard to say goodbye.

Luckily, moving forward brings with it so many wonderful and exciting gifts!
