Does anyone have any recommendations in preventing breakouts on waxing a guy's back/shoulder area?  Also looking for recommendations for organic pre-post waxing products.  Thanks!!

Cannot recommend an organic pre-post product as the only one I do know is available in the U.K, but not on sale for the U.S.

As far as prevention with breakouts on the shoulders/back is the usual:  Avoid the gym straight after a wax, avoid synthetic/polyester type clothing.   Use witch hazel.  Put Witch Hazel into a spray bottle and apply that way (they can do this method at home easily)   Apply high frequency straight after the wax to help prevent breakouts.   Make sure there is no double dipping of course and don't apply oil after a wax just witch hazel and a nice calming lotion.

Thank you Claire!  Much appreciated!!

This is a great product for guys!! They can use it before and after shaving. My clients love it

Many of my male guest swear by a little a bit of tea tree oil for pre and post waxing... especially if the skin is sensitive.

Thanks so much, Aretha!!

I concur with Aretha. Tea tree oil is great for preventing breakouts of all kinds

Thanks Laura!  Will try!

I just took a waxing class and the instructor swore by olive oil as maintenance to prevent ingrown hair.

Thank you Michelle!  Must try!!

Tend skin works great and comes in a roller form. After waxing the back I roll with tend skin then apply cool towels. Also send them home with tend skin to use throughout the month.

Thanks Kimberly!  Sounds great!!  I will look into this!
