How is your month going?

How is everyone's month looking? Do you have a special package you are offering? 

Mine has started off slow but hopefully will pick up soon. I just moved in with a massage therapist that is relatively busy so we have been trying to offer clients package deals and she tells all of her clients about my new services and give a $10 off coupon. 

Do you think that I should put a sign out for her clients that says, would you like to add a facial today for X dollars?  Maybe $10 off?

i saw this with another spa and loved the idea.  Have a "pot of gold" that clients can select from that contains things like $5 off service, complimentary aromatherapy or eye/lip treatment, half off a peel upgrade, $5 off x amount of product purchase, etc.
