I only have one time usually use email- had a few printed from vista print that said we miss you! Take % off and call us today- and some that said Happy Birthday if you happen to know birthday month. Tell them about a new product or treatments you think they would be interested in. Or just a hello.. Hope to see you soon was thinking of you. Depends how close / client or well you knew them.

Hope that helps
I've done allot of emails, but haven't really gotten any response so i thought i would try mailing something and see if that helped any. Thanks fore you're thoughts.

I have used emails, phone calls and post cards to correspond with my clients. I have found that all the methods can be effective in keeping conversations and relationships going. Depending on the client, I may get a response and sometimes not. But I try all avenues anyway. BTW I use a online card company called Send out cards.

I haven't used the postcard method in a very long time, but I do remember that when I was building my clientle, I was sending handwritten notes if a client did not place their next reservation at the time of the first appointment.  I would also include multiple business cards in the notes, and it definitely promoted referrals - especially if the person couldn't afford regular treatments, they would refer a friend.  I like the sound of the "Send Out Cards" service.
