I am looking for the best protocol for necks. Besides the passion fruit enzyme once a week what else should a person do to firm and tone the neck area?

Thank you

Hi Tracy:  Think antioxidants to feed the fibroblast to produce collagen.  I think Vitamin C/Green Tea Serum (plus some fresh juicing to supply internal antioxidants).  I also think hyaluronic acid to plump which is Ageless Skin Hydrating Serum.  I would also suggest drinking plenty of water to hydrate and plump from the inside.  I think about Peptide Restoration Moisturizer.

For a professional treatment use the Seaweed Mask and massage it in to the skin for 10 minutes (add more if she skin absorbs it all) to plump the skin.

Consider her diet - is it high in sugar?  Then I think about glycation issues in that case.  Glycation is the loss of resiliency and adhesion of elastin fibers and collagen loss.

Also think about sun exposure which will get her MMPs (matrix metalloproteinases) out of wack, which will destroy too much collagen.  Does she wear SPF?

Too much information!!!  Start with a good diet, plenty of water, and treating the neck skin just as she would the facial skin (cleansers, exfoliants, toners, serums, moisturizers), plus add the neck area when performing facials.

Can a person fix the MMPs and/or glycations once there destroyed?

What about serums for toning?

Look for the root cause first.  If its diet (e.g. too much sugar and carbs), then clean up the diet.  If its aging, nutrition on its own can't stop the aging process, but it can slow the decline.  Plenty of antioxidants and plenty of SPF.

MMPs are good for removing old collagen and elastin, but get out of control with sun exposure and medications.  Keep them in check with antioxidants and a clean diet.

Yes, I highly believe in serums for toning.  I think we forget to treat our neck and décolleté and its the first to show signs of aging (besides the hands).  Use facial products on the neck.

Hi Tracy, have you heard about electroporation? I purchased the device and all my clients love the way it firms and lifts. It even leaves the skin a little more dense and the most exciting thing is that most people see a great result from just one treatment. There are some contraindications like metal plates in the body, pace maker, epilepsy, etc. See if this is an option for you. Hope this helped:)

Love it Nora!  I was going to mention this handy little device called the Time Master (electroporation) that I use in conjunction with the Seaweed Mask.  I use it too.

I do have the time master. Do you think 2xs a week for the time master. You guys are great with advice thank you

I have aestheticians who sell their Time Master to their clients!!!  I think twice a week is great.

We can do that? sell the Time Master to clients. What are they charging their clients for the machine??
