My cousin is starting to come to me for a peel series. I was planning on doing the Cranberry Turnover on her because she has oily/inflamed acne. Unfortunately she is a Fitz 4 who looks like a 3 so now I am thinking I will need to switch to Glycolic. Is that going to help with the inflammation as well as the salicylic would? Have any of you had better results doing something else? I was also thinking maybe switching between the glycolic and then doing the blueberry enzyme with the retinol scrub underneath. Thoughts and/or suggestion would be greatly appreciated!

I would prefer SA. Glycolic can irritate. Consider the pomegranate, and maybe ask the company about blending down the cranberry peel to a lower strength. I do this with either coconut, or the acai mask, or sometimes with a moisturizer. This way you can do gradual increases.
Hypothetical I would use SS TCA peel for this client. It contains azuelaic acid which is a great anti-inflammatory and this peel is great on fist 4-6.

I like these ideas posted.  I like the Blueberry with retinol scrub, and I like the Pomegranate Enzyme, plus I like the glycolic peel.  I also like the TCA.  How often can you cousin come see you?  Ideally, you could use each of these individually (not all together) and see her once a week until you get the acne under control.  By being flexible with your treatment choices on a weekly basis, you will most likely find the treatment she responds to best.

Thanks all!
