Will an online Booking program help clients find me online?

It's almost impossible for clients to find my salon, or our phone number online. Does online booking help bring up your business and phone number? What can I do to increase my visibility online? It's not good when even current customers have a hard time finding my phone number again, much less having new customers find me.

Do you have a facebook page? How about a yelp page? I think those two things help with SEO quite a bit. I don't find that my online booking service is really helpful for SEO, I use Vagaro.

I do have a facebook page, a web site, and I email my clients. I've tried to figure out how to get a yelp page, even though I'd heard some negative things about yelp. So I'll try again to get a yelp page, set up on-line booking, and link my web site to search engines. This is such a wonderful place to get advice. It is much appreciated. Thanks for the advice!
