Micro-Current HELP! Please!

I have a micro current machine and don't have a movement guide or know how to use it at all.

Does any on have a good chart or charts? Does any one know of any good videos or anything that can help me?  

I want to use this equipment so bad but don't know what I an doing!  :(

Cristine Byer on YouTube has some great training videos. She is a master esty and does a lot of micro current in her practice

Barbara Berger used to have a Microcurrent Training kit, but it looks like her website isn't there any more.

Thanks Cindy, I have been contemplating buying the book and DVD and then having a session with her. The training materials are 150.00 plus more for the one on one session. I am not sure if the training materials are going to be worth the $. I guess I will have to get it and hope I made the right choice. the website I found her on is now microcurrent4people.com

Gosh, been a while so I don't really remember. Just look for Microcurrent you tubes and watch any u find.

Christine Byers has a lot of great microcurrent tutorials on Youtube.
