We did some scheduled maintenance on Tuesday night, you may have seen something about that in a couple of emails we sent you this week and last, and posts on our social media sites. The site is currently up and running; we updated our servers and most, but not all, Internet service providers across the world have updated the information on their side—yours is one of those that hasn’t updated it yet. It’s frustrating for us too, but we fully expect things to be back online shortly. It’s hard to say when exactly because it really just depends on your individual service provider. It’s a pain, but updates like these are required now and then to ensure the systems continue to function well. Is there something specific I can help you with in the meantime?
I have been able to get on the site, however, my email that I have through ASCP is having issues. I have been unable to reply to send any emails out for 2 weeks. I tried contacting ASCP via email and asking them, but haven't heard anything. Luckily I have my regular email so I've just stopped using my ASCP one.
Sorry to hear you've been having troubles! I'm especially surprised that you haven't received a response, we pride ourselves on our member service, so I'll look into that part.
