Can I do anything more aggressive?

Hi I have been a LE for 13 years. My question is there anything more aggressive I can do for the skin without working under a doctor? I do different types of peels, microdermabrasion and some skin tightNing with the Enhancer. The problem is some of my clients are leaving me to go get services done at a med spa or their dermatologist. Can do a skin pen? Would anyone have any suggestions?i need to perform servicesthat pack a punch Thanks in advance

It all depends on your STATE BOARD rules and regs. The last thing you want to do is incorperate a modality that is out of your scope of practice and put yourself out of business. I know it is frustrating. Perhaps consider working in a more medical setting so you can have access to this type of thing. I'm in Ohio and not even allowed to use LED!!! It's really frustrating. But not worth the risk of getting caught:/

I would look into micro-needling and dermaplaning if it is allowed in your state. And also see if you can use a skin classic or thermo-lo machine.

I have had great results with this combo: micro or light chemical peel, then micro-needling and finished with LED over a gel like/clear calming mask.
