I was in private practice for 10 years in the NE and relocated to Florida.  I've decided to restart my esthetics business and have learned a lot of what not to do this time around.  The new area is economically similar, but the population is a bit older.  I want to focus more on what they believe to be economically realistic and less time consuming.  In essence, my goal is to listen more to what the customer wants, rather than the latest equipment or technique.
