Hi Ladies. I'm certified and had my training using crystals. I'm looking into buying my own machine and have noticed it's less expensive to go with the diamond tip. I've done some research and found that the results are equal in comparison. So, my question to you is this: how hard is it to adapt to the diamond tip after strictly using crystals?

I personally found it very eazy to adapt to dimond after using crystal. Pretty much exactly the same just no crystal clean up.I think that after you do just a couple you will realize that diamond is in general alot easier and way less messy then the crystal machine and should hopefully enjoy it beter. Best of luck.

Thanks! I'm glad to hear that. I ordered a diamond-tip system a couple days ago. Can't wait for it to be delivered. =)
Where did you oder the system from, I'm also looking to purchase.
Hi, I am also looking to purchase a diamond microderm machine...any suggestions?
I'm also looking to purchase some new handpieces and tips.  The ones that came with my machine aren't of the best quality.  I found this site to buy replacements for any machine and I'd like to know if anyone has used these and if so, what is your feedback:  http://www.mytimepeel.com/micropeel/micropeel-wands-and-filters.html
Thank you so much~this is very helpful to me.
Does anyone know of a good website to re-order dimonad microdermabrasion tips from???
I found it to be an easy transition :) I feel that the diamond tip is less intrusive and I have completel control with the application. It is very easy to care for and less for maintenance.

I have used and sold both types of systems, and though my true preference is crystal, I find that crystaless has benefits as well, by being able to work closer to the eyes.

The cost of a crystaless system is quite a bit less than crystal, so if money is an issue, which it always is, the crystaless is the way to go.  We recently moved from FL to CO, so crystaless is working great for us in CO.

If anyone out there is interested in a very good crystaless system, please let me know, as I believe I can get the best prices available on these items.  I am also a very good trainer, having my Aesthi license, as well as training over 300 offices on these various systems.

thanks

Steve

Look at DermaSweep! It's a nylon tip wand  system... it is gentle yet effective and I can do more passes without any irritation.. it's great for detail work.. especially around the eyes, lips.. etc...
