NOVA N96 Diamond Microdermabrasion LED gives off shocks???

Hi Everyone!

I just received my 6 in 1 diamond mico machine from Newspa Solutions. So far so good except the Photon LED...it gives off tiny shocks. Is that what it is supposed to do? I could not do a full treatment on myself with the red light. I sent the company an e-mail but I thought I would try this board as well.

If it is the LED hand piece with prongs they call that LED with Microcurrent and it does have a low level electric current.

IF it has the prongs then look for or ask where the adjustment is located.

Thank you Cindy!! I found the knob on the back of the machine. Newspa answered me..."the sensation is normal". Not much help. I like the machine but instruction manual is not so great and as we can see...support from distributor is not much help as well.

I am quite happy with it. I mostly use the Diamond Micro and LED for photofacials..OH! The cold hammer is a treat for my clients at the end of a treatment. I need to use the Micro current..have not had much practice with it.
