I go right to their website http://www.nufree-professionals.com. They have just introduced a new product--stainless steel applicators. I haven't heard anything about it yet. But it sounds interesting. By the way they tell you that you have to use their applicators. I don't. I buy the cheap ones at Wal-Mart. They send enough strips to last. If you have any other questions feel free to ask.
Hi Cat, Got my Nufree today...was playing around with it on my daughter and myself. Think I am goning to love this. thx again
No...did not know about them, but will look into it now. thx
I do not use any oils on the back.
after waxing I completely cleanse the back and apply hydrocoritzone cream. also high frequency helps.
Is it true breakout or is it the bumps that go away in a couple of hours I know alot of guys get the bumps on the back and chest right after waxing it is actually the skins defense kicking in the histamines It happens when the skin feels as if it is being attacked (and it is) I use a mix of tea tree/lavender oils in cool water and apply it on 4x4 then let it sit for a few Helps alot!
Hi Caryn, i've been waxing for 15 years, what i noticed that men tends to break out easily on the back, so i recommend witchazel sprayed on the back after waxing also clean shirt after, and repeat witchazel for a few days after waxing, i've noticed great results and no need to exfoliate.
Were you using a wax for sensitive skin? Were they going to the gym immediately following the wax? It could be for a number of reasons. Could be the wax...could be because you double dipped (which hopefully you don't) it could be because you used oil after it. This can happen with clients when it is their first time being waxed. They do get used to it once the skin has got used to it. Hope this response helps you somewhat. A good astringent like witch hazel will help if you apply that once you have finished and a good zapping with a high frequency machine helps. good luck Caryn. By the way (in my opinion and I don't work for this company) but Cirepil wax is by far the BEST wax I have ever used for so many reasons.
Consider using high frequency on the area after waxing I think you will find it beneficial to your clients who break out~ just remember the additional contraindications!
