I'm curious how many of you are using micro needles or micro rollers?  What kind fo results are you seeing and where are you purchasing your rollers?

Dermaquest now has rollers in .5, .3, and .25mm.  Unfortunately, they are extremely expensive, $65 each our cost.  I was very excited to offer this treatment, but I'm not sure now.  I know that titanium guage rollers are available on Amazon for a much better price.  I'm using a .5 on myself at home that I purchased on Amazon.

I've been using the DermaQuest rollers for about a month now.  Yes i was disappointed in the pricing too.  Although another one of my suppliers charges $80 for their rollers so maybe DQ's price isn't as bad as i thought.  If you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay for your titanium guage roller on Amazon?

I have been using them at home personallly with good results, (collagen  induction therapy, great for scars, hair loss...) there is a lot of info and videos on U Tube... and lots of places you can buy them.  I do feel that there should be a lot of training before using on a client, and I would consider having a strong release of liability form in place. It is a good service though and I feel very effective when used with the right products!

I like having a company like DermaQuest backing the rollers and offering products and protocol as support.  However, I'm always looking for the best prices, without sacrificing quality of course.  I've had clients ask about rollers they have seen online.  Many of them have been stainless steel but I do realize there are titanuim guage out there for less as well.

They are illegal in CA to use in treatment according to the state board. If you wish to sell them you must have a sign on the retail shelf saying "for resale use only, not used in treatment". Now that the legal talk is handled, THEY WORK REALLY WELL!!! But, with darker fitzpatricks caution should be taken on frequency of use, tyrosinase inhibition and never use glycolic post rolling. I've only heard amazing things about what the rollers can do for all textural issues, but NOT inflamed skin of any kind.
