Would love to see what you've done with your space! Lets share some pictures and ideas with others on things you've done that you love, are proud of, of maybe even tried, but didn't quite turn out! Lets start our own little DIY spa space!

Hi Tabatha,

Yay! That's exactly why this networking site was created- to share and encourage each other professionally and personally through our love of all things skin :) I hope we can get as many people as possible sharing their space ideas and photos here. We all have so much to contribute! :)

Hope you all have a fabulous Friday, and keep the photos coming!

Beautiful!  Where are you located?

beautiful!

Beautiful! Don't we have the greatest profession ever. We get to work in the most relaxing cool spaces.

Yes!  I love it, so stress free...aside from having to make rent :) and pay bills. :)

Love this -the room looks so spacious and inviting. I have only a 10 X 12 in a salon/spa, and have seriously thinking of installing cabinets/upper and lower with a counter. I have so much stuff as a new esty ( and want another machine or two) and an LMT. I have an antique server, holds alot and storage underneath but messy and an antique men's wardrobe and there again it holds mostly product in drawers, 10 lb wax tin, body cushion, cases of water. the way it is I can't display much of any product at a good advantage. I'm at 25% esty stuff in this past year but waxing is much bigger than facials and peels so far, for me. I'm doing much better than the last 2-3 years with the economy so maybe time to make it look less homey and more professional, but not clinical.

Sorry, I posted again thought I lost this out in space!

@ Sheila it was your pic I was commenting on.

thank you so much!  You should post pics...I could help you come up with ideas if you need help.  I also have an Interior Design Background, so I was at a little advantage :).  I took tape and measured everything out and space planned with my blue tape :).  I bought most of my stuff stock so the cabinets came right off the shelf at home depot, my counter tops were premades from lowes and the bathroom all came as a unit with the sink from homedepot.  my bookcase was from overstock and desk from windsor and my facial cart was from amazon.  I really love that cart!!  It's so sturdy and holds so much stuff and is very east to move around withouth fear of tipping.

Do you have a sink in your room Deborah?

Sheila, I do have a sink in my room. I also have stacked one on the other apt. small refrig, microwave, and hot towel cabbie.  I've been thinking a long time about putting in the cabinets/counter, and since school even more so and adding a steamer, products, wax cart. I occasionally apoligise for the crowding.  I will get some pics,  and would love to hear some of your ideas. I think my son could install them. If not one of the stylists husbands installs for Lowe's, they just across the hwy and I'm doors down from HD.
