Wonndering how you store Consultation/History Forms?

We have literally filled a cabinet (small) with these forms and I will say most of them only visited one ttime because they came in on a daily deal like Groupon or Yelp, but we make everyone fill it out regardless. I have begun to weed out those that haven't been in for a year or more and low and behold one of those people came in! We need these forms required by the state and so we can make notes on them of changes in skincare.
how do you store your forms? does anyone know of a software that is good for this and runs on a MAC?

I use quickbooks to keep track of all of my financials and customer sales receipts and I just looked on there and under the customer part there is an area for notes.  Just a thought, I also use a mac.

I am going to a show in 2 weeks and will let you know if I see anything there being advertised.

thanks Sheila, lmk if you find anything at the show. :)

I use quick books as well, I love the fact that I can use it for all types of tracking. I still have the consent forms filled out by hand with their signature. I weed out every once in awhile. Just box up the old ones and they are stored at my house.

thanks Deborah, yep that is what we have started to do, weed out the old, but store them. It would nice to have a software that could retain all the info. ;)

The people at Resort Suite have great customer service.  Not sure what the price is. - http://www.resortsuite.com/software/spas/
