No Lugenia I haven't seen the DVD, simply because I am not behind the client per se...i am in the Esthetic industry, but not as an Esthetician trying to build her client base. I am an educator and etiquette/resume writing mentor. But, I did learn from meeting her and chatting with her over a weekend that her concept works and is proving to be sucessful. Wish I could comment more for you on it.

I've gotten to know Lori very well for the past few months. Great gal, lots of integrity! Her heart is really in helping other Estheticinas. She is a very successful business owner. She has not one but two spas!! I have her program and read it all in one sitting (couldn't stop!). Even though I am a very seasoned Esthetician (25 years) and much of what she writes, I already know....we tend to forget over time that we know things and need a little kick in the pants. I was jazzed after finishing the manual. Her system is not going to work for you if you don't work it! You can't just read it and then two days later say it doesn't work. You need to apply the things she talks about.
Lori and I will be teaming up down in Los Angeles on August 19th for a workshop called "Empowering Estheticians". I am super excited about this! Info on my ebsite.

I follow her Facebook page and get her emails. I have yet to really have time to delve into some of her emails, I'll have to do that soon, and look into her system. Does her system work for employees of spas, as well as spa owners, or is it more geared towards owners? Unfortunately, $250 is a little steep for me right now.

I have it and it has some good ideas. I also work for a spa owner but I still need to bring in my own business. I agree you do have to work it for it to work! ha
