We are using spa-booker.com, it is not bad, much better than genbook.

I think it depends on what you want it to "do".

If you are looking for on-line booking capabilities only I use schedulicity and it meets my needs for client profiles and booking.

If you are looking for something more detailed as far as management and reports you may not be able to find what you need in the on-line programs.

I have heard positive reviews for genbook and mindbodyonline for single practitioners also.

At the place I work at, we use Massage Clinic Pro. It can handle pretty much anything. Skincare, massage, inventory, insurance, etc. It doesn't employ on-line booking though. I hope this helps you in your search.
