I am wanting to purchase an ultrasonic tool for my spa. It almost seems to good to be true, exfoliation and product penetration in one tool and really no contraindications exept pregnancy and epilepsy.

Only other problem I had was someone with braces!

I love, love, love my Ultrasonic skin scrubber. Amazing results. My favorite piece of equipment in my clinic.

Thank you for the input! Do you have a table top or handheld?? What brand? Trying to make the best educated decision.. Thanks

Table top. The Ultrasonic Skin Spatula Pro1 by Bellaire Industry. www.bellaireindustry.com

You will be happy with this machine. I highly recommend it.

I love my ultrasonic for post extraction redness-- the reduction after including ultrasonic passes at the end of their massage has made a dramatic difference for my clients.  It's natural to be a bit pink after extractions but after ultrasonic massage, it's literally a non-issue.  I use the attachment that came on my microderm/all-in-one machine.

Emilie which Micro do you have?  The one from Sylvan?  I have that one and it has an Ultrasonic attachment, I have used them before but this one is different and I wasn't sure what setting is for exfoliation and what setting is for penetration.  Of course it doesn't really have instructions that I could see.

Sheila I have a 9 in one or 12 in one?! It's from LCL beauty... Microdermabrasion, warmer, ultrasound, HF, Galvanic (never use that), etc!!

Only problem is I think I have a short in the cable. It used to click when I pressed and released the button but now it doesn't. They are a nightmare to deal with :/

I use naturally derived products and one of the benefits is incredible product penetration so I just use it for post extractions and peels. I use both the red and green settings.
