Help! I need information on Lelexo Products for mandelic treatments and moretag:skincareprofessionals.com,2014-05-15:6332291:Topic:1939892014-05-15T00:21:26.388ZChristyn Harveyhttps://skincareprofessionals.com/profile/ChristynHarvey

I am currently looking to bring in another line into my practice. I am using Skin Scripts, which I love, but it doesn't fit all of my needs and I was thinking about incorporating Lelexo Products mainly because of their Mandelic line. Not many lines carry Mandelic acid and it is an acid that I have come to love! I have already been in contact with them to get more info about pricing and from what I can tell their customer service is wonderful but I would like to hear from other Estys before I…

Can anyone give me any insight into Lelexo and what you like or dislike about the produt line? Anything you can tell me would be greatly appreciated!!
Looking to add a 2nd line!tag:skincareprofessionals.com,2013-10-27:6332291:Topic:1774592013-10-27T19:54:42.934ZAshton Wileyhttps://skincareprofessionals.com/profile/AshtonWiley

Currently we use Sanitas which we love! I do think they could have lower prices items as far as anti-aging line. Their peptiderm line would NEVER sell in my area at the price point. I love that they are all natural, don't sell ANYWHERE but to spas and they are located in my area so I take their classes all the time.

I am looking to add a second line as I want more options for clients but can't do a large opening order. I already tried Skin Script and loved the masks but had a few issues with them. Their retail products have bland smells to them, almost like plastic. I only liked their green tea cleanser and retinol scrub as far as at home products. The look of the line is so so and the lemon zest mask that everyone loves got to be like liquid within two months which upset me. Also, most of their enzymes are STRONG and I like that but a lot of my older clients don't.

I am considering Hylunia as they have a simple line with less than 100 items so I am not overwhelmed. What are other people in love with that is simple to use, not sold in stores, no opening orders, with a lot of masking options so I don't feel stuck with the same reactions?

Thanks!
Do you offer add-on's, and do they really increase your revenue?tag:skincareprofessionals.com,2013-01-15:6332291:Topic:1218702013-01-15T15:13:42.467ZTara Templetonhttps://skincareprofessionals.com/profile/TaraTempleton

Hi Everyone! I am a fairly new esthetician, and have had the good fortune of being allowed to use my employer's facial clinic to give facials to my own clients. Now, I've been getting referrals and business is growing!
Hi Everyone! I am a fairly new esthetician, and have had the good fortune of being allowed to use my employer's facial clinic to give facials to my own clients. Now, I've been getting referrals and business is growing! Here's my dilemma - I am working as a sales rep for an addendum line (we only offer about 14 products - serums and fiber masks), so I've been marketing this line to different spas/salons/skincare professionals as a great way to increase sales and help clients get more specialized treatments.

Now, as I am beginning to offer my own services, I am unsure of whether or not to offer these add-on treatments to my clients.

So, for personal reasons, I am wondering how add-on treatments are received by others' clients, if any independent estheticians offer add-on's, and if they really do make you more money... I'm trying to streamline my menu of services, and since I've only been giving facials a few months, I'm not sure if I should make it simple and offer only a couple types of facials (in which I choose the specific treatment), or go into more detail and offer add-on's like ampoules, masks, extended massage, etc... Please, any advice and comments would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
