Medical Esthetics courses can be expensive but from my observation they offer alot of great information but you dont have to have that training to work in a physicians office. Just keep sending out resumes and eventually a door will open for you.

Does anyone know of a good paramedical training course or medical esthetics training course? It all gets quite confusing when you get into all the medical stuff. I really want to get in the field but some people charge $5000.00 for a short three or five days.

My friend got a job as a medi spa esty right out of school b/c she had been "trained" on dermaplaning- a medical esty demonstrated for her and then observed her. She put that on her resume and it was enough to get her in the door! I suggest getting to know an esthetician currently in, and ask her if she could help you.
