Do you guys know of a good wax warmer I can buy? If it's portable even better! I've seen a few out there and they look cheapo. I really want to buy a good quality but affordable warmer. Thanks!!! :)

Stephanie, She hasn't changed anything at all, I used Satin Smooth Ultra Sensitive Zinc Oxide on top and Berodin blue wax for labia, (the other esthy uses the same soft wax and Cirepil Blue for labia). I applied Satin Smooth Prep. cleanser and after y cleaned the excess of wax with Aveda calming composition and finished applying a few drops of tea tree essential oil from Aveda too. Again all this is what the other esthetician uses.

Cassandra did you ask her if she has changed anything? What products are you using? What are you using for pre and post? What does your friend use for exfoliaton? Is it mechanical or chemical?

I have a friend that she is used to have a brazilian every 3-5 weeks with another esthy, she has come to me for the last 2 times and had her next appointment 4 days ago, but she rescheduled it for next week because she said it wasn't ready yet and she had a lot of painful ingrown hairs the week before. She said this is the first time this happen, even though she exfoliates regularly. Why this happen? Is there something i'm doing wrong? It has something to do that her hair is extremely coarse? and if so, why never happened before? What we can do to avoid this?
