So...I am working on a two day Esthetic Training Retreat. My husband and I are going to buy a home with many suites in it or a guest house. Our thought is that a small group of Estheticians will spend two days with us digging deep into business, marketing, equipment, treatments, etc. In between learning, we can enjoy the weather and ocean views here in Laguna Niguel, eat fabulous food (we'll have a chef) and be pampered (which is something we never do for ourselves!). I'll bring in guest speakers to each retreat. I already have quite a few experts in mind!!

What do you guys think? Any thoughts and ideas are much appreciated. I want this to be an experience that will be fantastic for your business as well as for your soul!
