I live in Washington DC area. I'm interested in learning permanent makeup. Which school do you recommend for learning permanent makeup? I appreciate all information. - Joanna

    I learned permanent makeup, from the founder of permanent cosmetics in the US back in the 80's.  Her name is Sandy Hammons.  She is the founder of the Institute of Intradermal Cosmetics.   AIIC

    I received a great foundation, which has lasted me many years.  Best of luck.

    Since then, I have also taken many classes with many other instructors, for a different point of view.  The more education your seek,  the better you will be.
