NYS Esthetic License Scope of Practice

Hi All!!  Looking on info on where to find out if our license covers eyelash/brow tinting and if our state allows dermaplaning.

I've been on the state sight under appearance enhancement licenses but maybe I missed it or am not looking in the right place...can anyone help??  Thanks so much!
