Skin Script Skin Care

  • Lisa VanBockern

Thank you for allowing me, Lisa VanBockern, to host the exfoliation webinar on Monday, January 17.  If you have any additional questions that were unanswered, please feel free to ask!
  • Andrea Stein

Hi Lisa I really enjoyed your presentation on exfoliation Monday! It was very informative!  Your explanation on the various types of peels and the particular type of skin it might be used on was most interesting.
  • Shelley Hancock

Love this product line!!!  Love Lisa!
  • Lisa VanBockern

Thanks Shelley!  I love the Skin Spatula!
  • Mary Jo Moran

Sorry, but, what is the skin spatula? Hope that isn't a stupid question. LOL
  • Shelley Hancock

Hi Mary Jo....Not a stupid question at all!

It's a fun and effective must have little tool!! You can see it and also a video on my website at www.shelleyhancock.com

Lisa, I'm so glad you're having fun with the spatula!

  • Shelley Hancock

I just read the guidelines and I aplogize if my last post goes outside those guidelines because I put my website. If this is wrong please let me know!
  • Lisa VanBockern

It is a fun little tool!  The skin spatula uses sound waves (little vibrating spatula).  It has two sides - one side penetrates the product into the skin (such as enzymes) and the other side removes the product and more surface skin cells (it's vibrating skin cells off).
  • Andrea Stein

Enjoyed both of the webinars this morning...just receive the 30 percent glycolic from you and looking forward to incorporating it in my services. Hmmm, what will I order next?!
  • Lisa VanBockern

Thanks for joining the webinar this morning - I hope you learned something new.  You have the try the blueberry enzyme next!
  • Lisa VanBockern

Hello fellow estheticians!  Our group is growing on this forum.  Have you all heard that the Raspberry Peach enzyme is available?  I was thinking this will be a fun, aromatic facial for the spring and summer.  Something new to get your clients excited about.  Maybe you could send an e-mail to your clients letting them know about your new facial!

Has anybody tried any new tricks with the products lately?  I met an esthetician today who was using galvanic to penetrate the seaweed mask - I thought that was a great idea.

  • Julie Rodriguez

I love Skin Script enzymes and peels; I look forward to trying the new Raspberry Peach Enzyme.
  • Samantha Davidson

I have used the Raspberry-Peach enzyme and it has been great my clients love it. I did have one client that left a bit blotchy and pink but was fine with in the hour. Just might want to warn them that it could happen and it's normal. I love skin script.
  • Julie Rodriguez

    Samantha,

Thanks for the advice; I look forward to trying it!

  • Gina Williamson

Hi- how many of you are using this line exclusively?

Also- I am trying to find ingredients on the website and not having much luck. Where can I find those?

    Thanks!

  • Lisa VanBockern

So glad everyone is loving the enzymes - they are a bit on the clinical side, so pink on your clients' skin should be expected.  You're right, the raspberry-peach is a big hit - it smells wonderful.

For a full list of ingredients, please e-mail info@skinscriptrx.com and request it be e-mailed to you.  Thanks!

I'm loving using the lemon zest enzyme with a bit of the lactic peel mixed in...it's fabulous!! Really brightens the skin right up.

Hi- Lisa, do you know if the Skin Scripts Glycolic Peel is allowed in Ohio?? or if others are using it here? I notice the pH is pretty low, so it may be too low for me to be allowed to use it in this state.

    I hope this isn't the case... :-((
