    hey sheila,

i saw the video and i was just kind of impressed lol. thats cool thought about the led i did not know that in fact i dont even know how to use it get the point of it but i dont know the actual procedure. nor have i found something on sylvan that shows you how..lol. It really doesnt matter how long you been in the field i think we can all learn from eachother. Me? well i had my cosmo license for about 4 years now. I did hair mostly but didnt have the passion for it like i do facials and etc. You would think by now i would know more about all the gadgets out there but i really dont!lol. Ive only worked in spas that are all "natural" the most equipment i had was a steamer. sometimes not even that! so all this is pretty new for me. Im in a place now though where i have my own space and had to invest big bucks in all supplies cuz i never had any. so I really dont even know what to look for sometimes. On top of that im kinda taking over for someone so i have to be sure to offer everything she did if not more. Id love some feedback on products or techniques your using. It was nice hearing from you talk to you soon!= )

    Hey Shiela!

One of the most useful things ive learned about massage is to learn pressure points and a little cranialsacral therapy(i think thats how its spelled.)lol. just practice on a family member or friend until you feel confident enough to do on clients. Leg massage during facial??? Thats new to me. But hey to each their own i suppose. In my personal opinion Thats for the pedi or full body massage.
