    Nondy,

    Texas does not have mobile licenses.  It must be an established location.  Same for operating out of a home.

    If you have an esthetics license, you can not do hand leg, or even back treatments (except for waxing as Texas law specifically states that treatments must only be performed on the face, neck and chest.
