You would need a business license to have an esthetic salon in your home. In regards to zoning I live in a residential area out in the country so I cannot have a sign on my lawn but I did put a 8x10 framed one beside my front door and one hanging from my mailbox of the same size.(discreet but there) I also have the ASCP (Associated Skin Care Professionals) sticker on my front glass door so clients know they are entering a professional and insured business.
