Hello everyone... I was wondering if anyone has any tips on emailing existing clients on a monthly basis.  Does anyone know any good websites that offer templates? Should I just create my own and email it to all of my current clients? How do I get them to come back monthly??? PLEASE HELP !!! Thank you :-D

We use Constant Contact to email newsletters to our clients.  If we try to do it through our email server we can only mail a few at at time, so Constant Contact is the way to go for us as we have almost 3,000 people in our database.  To get your clients to come back monthly give them an incentive to pre-book before they ever leave your place of business!

Hi Sandra - I met these people from LocBox at the Face & Body San Jose show in August. They are a start up and already working with tons of Estheticians. I watched one of their demonstrations and it looks AWESOME and super easy to use. you can import clients birthday information for a birthday special, and you can send out special deals to your existing clients only. I believe they are offering a free trial and the commission they take is minimal in comparison to their competitors. http://getlocbox.com/

I hope this helps and good luck!

I'm with Laura...we use Constant Contact also. In fact, I just sent a holiday email out this morning with a special offer for appointments booked between Christmas and New Year's Eve. I want to get the Esty that works for me busy that week.

Thank you everyone!! I REALLY appreciate everyones help.... I decided to go with Constant Contact because they offer the 60 day trial.  I sent a holiday email out this morning! I'm excited to see the outcome :-D

Do you ladies have any ideas on offers you can please share? I am fairly new at this and want to make sure I am offering things that would attract a client... Thanks

I'm sorta new as well but a small dollar amount worked for me this year, along with some chocolate! I just did a very simple 4 chocolates, $10 off treatment & with 20 out of 23 clients I sold a treatment as I handed them the Holiday gift! There are tons of ways , buy one get one, buy 2 get one, buy one get one 1/2 off...... if you have microderm & LED Rejuvenation buy a Microderm get a LED Free works very well for the client & for you! BUT MY FAVORITE .... I DID THIS LAST YEAR ... BUY ONE GET ONE FOR A FRIEND ..... WORKED GREAT & GAINED ABOUT 75% OF THE FRIENDS AS REGULAR CLIENTS! Good Luck

Hi! I love those ideas...i'm new and am having trouble with prebooking and getting new clients

at the spa I work at..do you have any suggestions?...and how did you present the buy one get one?

Much Thanks:)

Sandra,

i have used Constant contact, and really like it. I have also used mailchimp.com to make one of a kind blasts, and emails and connect them to facebook, too... both are very good companies in my humble opinion. Mailchimpm is free until you hit 2,000 subscribers.

Mail Chimp and it's free

I use mailchimp as well and love it. Especially the free part!

Sandra~

ASCP has a newsletter format, you should check that out :)

I know that alot of businesses use Constant Contact.  I am thinking of using it myself.  Susan
