Your question regarding light therapies:  There's a few companies out there that have good technology and proper education. Since I teach physics and biological effects of the machines and specialized as an international trainer and educator, I can give you the names... I do not represent any of them so this is for information only.   Some of them have short video on their technology which is very informative.  I'm sure there are others.  I have a list that won't fit on this wall site since it limits us to 2000 words.
