I would like to know what lines are being used out there and why. Do you carry more than 1 line... and why? I love my line that I use but sometimes feel limited and would like to know what else is out there. Please keep sales pitches out and just pure personal experience and passion! Thanks and I look forward to hearing what you great women have to say :)

glo therapeutics is my brand. I love it, its pharmaceutical grade, no paraffin's, VERY reasonably priced, made in USA, pretty packages, no "start up intro cost" (i hate when the companies do that), helpful sale ideas and marketing, and helpful sales rep. wish they offered more education close by, maybe twice a year they come to the Massachusetts area, but when they do it is LOADS of info and hands on workshops! In fact I am going to one the Nov.15th! Very excited as I said they tour maybe twice a year   so far I only use glo (its really a great product line) I want to get more into the machinery side of Aesthetics (aiding in product penatration). intracueticals is an oxygen machine that delivers product into the skin (A.K.A. The Madonna facial ) However, they want you to use there products in order to use the machine...so I may try it because the results are amazing!!!, BUT I gotta think it through BIG investment....sigh! lol. What product line do you use?

I agree with Angela! I also use Glo Therapeutics, they have amazing peels and all the products smell delicious. As Angela mentioned, there  is no "start up cost" and no minimum to purchase.  They offer a few great packages when you open an account. The price point is great too! Also, When you attend one of their workshops they offer a great discount on retail and backbar products.  I have had grea results with each treatment!

Good Luck!

Hello - I am a solo-esty and I use BioElements (because I find it simple, effective and I can pick it up locally) and Skin Script (great peels/enzymes - hate the SPF).  This is a difficult area for me.  I do not consider a 1500.00 opening order "affordable" (Glymed) and it is hard to find a line that has everything I am looking for.

Great question!

What do you use, Deirdre?

Julia in Woodinville, WA

Hi Julia, I know this is an old post, but I have questions about BioElements. I've used their products in the past, but I was not involved with ordering. Do they require a minimal requirement at start up, and do they offer training? Thanks!

Hi Deirdre :) I just wanted to add my 2 cents here. I started out using only 1 product line (gloTherapeutics) because at the time, I didn't feel comfortable with the idea of learning, using and marketing more than 1 line. Now I use 3, which includes the gloTherapeutics. With experience comes confidence and also different priorities...now when chosing a new line I focus on the size of the company, if they are female owned, etc. I also really enjoy "experimenting" on myself and combining products during treatments...I have seen some incredible results without the discomfort of a "more clinical" approach. The other 2 lines I use are Skin Script and Peace Spa. I am always interested in hearing what others use too :)

Deirdre,

I like Glo-therapeutics Salicylic Peel and used the complete line for years when i worked for a plastic surgeon. Now I use Image Skin Care for almost everything. Image Skin Care products have given me better results overall and clients notice results quickly especially for acne, hyper-pigmentation and Rosacea and my clients absolutely love the products.  They are so affordable and smell fantastic as well.  Great specials, no minimum and for every $500.00+ order you get 10% of that back in free samples or try-me kits/post-peel kits. The customer service is not always the best, i order online on the website and a few orders have been charged but never shipped lol but they ended up sending them overnight with free shipping so it was ok. You just have to keep a watchful eye on them.  I have had issues with customer service follow-up regarding faulty packaging but overall they are my favorite line. The plus is they really have a complete line for Aging(Ageless), Rosacea/Dry/Dehydrated/Pigmented(Vital C), Acne(Clear Cell), and a fab Organic line(Ormedic). No parabens in anything and almost every product smells divine with apple stem cells and peptides.  Their peels can be customized with boosters, anti-oxidants and retinols and can be mild to aggressive. I've worked with almost everything from Obagi to Dermalogica etc... You should definitely give them a try.
