Great explanation!  Thanks!

This is great.  Thank you so much.

Excellant explanation! Since so many of us are visual learners, this is a great tool to reboot our Esty memories as well as help clients understand what is going on! Thanks Laura

Thanks-very good. I had a client back several months ago and was explaining in a lot less detail than you did and her comment was "no one ever told me it wasn't my fault".  Hers wasn't near as bad as the pics but any amount bothers young women/men.

Did you take those pics? If so what camera did you use, I'd like a new one to show before and afters.

@Deborah - yes I did take those pics.  We have about 3 different digital cameras in our office.  Any digital camera with a macro setting will do.  Macro allows you to do close up pics; and don't use flash as it washes out the detail.  Just use as much light in your room (including your mag lamp) as possible.  Also, set your camera setting for as many megapixels as it allows to you have a hi-res photo.

Laura - I meant to say that what I liked so much about those pics was the fact that they were both so similar in appearance, so many -even the professionally produced ones, show the afters with not the same range distance, fix hair better, surrounding colors to brighten people up or things like that.  Am really impressed with the results.

Watched the promo on your site and a 2 part on youtube at a show you did. Learned alot just from those. I am going to order your tape set, tomorrow if my weekend charges come through. Curious-is there anyone in the San Antonio area with your certification?

Hi Deborah - So glad you are taking advantage of all the information available!  So far we have 3 wholesale clients in Texas. They are in Tyler, Austin and Rockwall.

Well, that's good news, at least from my stand point, I'd be the only one in the area with that cert. Not familiar with Rockwall but Austin is a couple hours and Tyler must be more than 5, used to live an hour or so away. Will be going to your site in a little bit to online order. didn't get a chance earlier. I don't use credit, so waited to make sure my weekend chgs. came thru to my bank! I'm excited!

I still don't have a "Wood's lamp and we weren't taught in school about the use, do I really have to have one at this time or is there something else that's similar but a little less cost?  I so appreciate this site and your time.

Just ordered the DVD set but " thank you" said  I ordered a Serum Kit. I don't have Outlook set up so did this site. Hope u don't mind. thx.

@Deborah - that's so exciting that you got the DVD - welcome to the FR family!  So you ordered a serum test kit as well? Are you going to become a long-distance client?

Wood's lamp - you don't need one.  The only machine you need on our system is a good steamer (and then not that often).  I use our chemical peels on 75% of our clients.  Later on, you might want to invest in some handheld LED lights for resistive inflamed clients (but they are very rare).

I am really excited to get them, I feel so inadequately trained.

I did not order the serum kit, that is what was written on your firms "thank you",  after ordering, just now checked my email fom Pay Pal it is correct.

I do have steamer, and just ordered, handheld LED w/Microcurrent. currently using all PCA peels and skin care.

thanks for giving so much time and info.

Thank you for this article.  I am always trying to read as much as possible.  I want to be able to speak to my clients regarding their acne condition.  I have a lot of teen clients and their parents are usually impressed with my ability to speak informatively regarding acne and its treatments.
