Anyone have an issue with your mag lamp getting steamy while doing extractions?

This is so frustrating! I'm breathing normally, and it gets all steamy to the point that I can't see out of it. Anyone out there have a solution? (besides wiping it every few minutes, which is a pain!) Thanks.

Mine does too but only right after I turn the steamer off. I wipe it before I pull it toward the client. I also notice when my room air conditioner is running the lamp doesn't get steamy at all probably because the room is cool.

one a side note....your post cracked me up on your "I'm breathing normally" comment! LOL

Thanks for the comment Diane! Hmm, my room is cool (almost too cool usually). Maybe a face mask? Hold my breath? haha

I know a trick for keeping the bathroom mirror from getting foggy is to take shaving cream and rub it in with a paper towel and wipe it away. It will keep the mirror from fogging up for a while then you have to do it again. Maybe it will work for the mag lamp too.
