Appointment Reminders
Does anyone have an appointment reminder service or software you can recommend? Also, do you send appointment reminders through email and text message or just email?

Hi Sheila! You can find booking on my website skinsofancy.com my clients can also book on my fb page www.facebook.com/skinsofancy hope that helps. look for the booking button. Feel free to book a test appt. I can delete it if you title it test! That way you can see what is sent to you... Good luck!

That is a great idea to see them and the differences free or not, before making commitment. Doesn't it help us all to have so many brains to pick? I can't tell you how much I've learned from here, wished I'd known about this site sooner (didn't read all the paperwork). No shows/forgetting/and the list goes on and on.

thank you for posting your website! I love your coffee bar!! I wish I was busy enough to justify something like this. I just offer a hot tea or water and eventually would like to have cucumber water in a nice serving vase.
I do not use anything, but I need to get my butt in gear and have an appt scheduler and gift cards available because at the IECSC show, I went to a Mind Body seminar and they said that the #1 reason people are losing business is not having a place to schedule appts online (they even suggest for it to be on your homepage) because clients are mostly searching at night after a long day of work and they don't want to talk on the phone to someone.

here are the two links...I just joined a local womens networking group. I currently do not advertise other than facebook...I have tried numerous print adds and after a lot of money I didn't get any results. I think referrals are the best way...my business is very slow so I am not the best judge of what to do :).

I am still using the Glo because I bought so much of it. I really like the product although shipping seems high. I am thinking about keeping them on for retail for cleanser, toner, moisturizer, sunblock. Then I use skin scripts enzymes in my back bar and their vitamin c and ageless serum and eye peptide and think I will keep these because they are great and the price point is better than glo. I also will probably bring on their glyvcolic cleanser and possibly glycolic/retinol pads. Then I have Image organic line for backbar only for clients that want an organic facial...I am not sure how I feel about it results wise but it's a good option for now. Looking for an inexpensive organic line to use.
I have not done a direct mailing yet. What do you offer percentage wise for referrals and to book right away? Do you offer those even on specials?
