I have been contemplating adding an apprentice (maybe 2) and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. Do you currently offer apprenticeships? What is expected from both parties? How do you decide on pay? If you did an apprenticeship - how long were you an apprentice? What were your likes and dislikes? What could have been done better? Thank you
