Attention Spa Management, Lead Estheticians and Seasoned Estheticians

I have a question for you. What makes one esthetician's resume stand out more than others? What do you look for in your new hires? I am just updating my resume after moving to a different state and 2 years of working, and I would SO appreciate any advice you could offer on the subject! Thanks!

I am doing a presentation on this very topic on Sunday at the wax show.  It would be great if you could make it!  It is in Ontario, California.  I can give you details if you need/want them.

In the meantime, read a couple of blogs that I did a while back...might help you somewhat!  :) :)  My presentation will also cover interview etiquette, what employers are now looking for when hiring and how they are testing you in the interview and audition

Wow, that would be a treat! I actually just moved from San Diego to Colorado. So I will not be able to attend. I hope the wax show is fabulous for you!

I am going to check out the blogs right now. I appreciate your helpfulness Claire!

No problem.  Anytime sweet cheeks! ;)

Does anyone else have any input/advice/experience to share? All input is welcome!
