Back Facial Positioning

About to start offering back facials and curious on how to make the client most comfortable as I do not have a head rest on my table.  Do you have your clients sit, lie down with a pillow....curious?

I have them lie face down and I use a face cradle like you would use for a massage.

I'm at MT as well so, I do use a table & face cradle, however, if they are laying on their stomach you can just have them turn their head every 10 min. or so, the other is to roll up a towel place under the front shoulders then use another rolled towel and place around sides of face and forehead, just don't want to hyperextend the neck. Just really all depends on client comfort.
