I am adding back treatments to my menu. Looking for product recommendations. Has anyone tried Keyano?

I have used Keyano - they have alot of "fragrance" that I don't care for.

I am sensitive to the pumpkin spice products and usually get contact dermatits when I have used it. But I have to confess to using their Chocolate products for many themed services.

For most of my body treatments I have used Spa Blends...Butter Scrub and Body Butter primarily but I usually use the unscented.

In my area body treatments are not so popular.  I have dropped them from my menu as they are a lot of work and after factoring in product costs, I do not find them lucrative...which makes it not so fun.

I'm in the same boat as you Cindy!  I used to feel like th a t too but I dropped the mask part and am looking to add to mine and add to the price!!!

I just want to say, for my back and body treatments I ordered "liquid minerals" from universalcompanies.com, it's made by "spa pantry" and I think its great. It's a nice little extra that you can add to any step of the treatment. It literally is what it says- "liquid minerals", some people travel as far as Europe to be able to bathe in a hot spring full of these minerals, so I feel that being able to offer the same concept right from your spa is a nice little result-oriented touch that would really draw your clients in.

Thanks for the feedback ladies, I am only familiar with  Dermalogica from school.  Nina is your whole treatment from Spa Pantry?  What do you recommend as far as a good body butter?

No, my whole treatment is not from spa pantry, just the liquid minerals and a few other extracts from this line. I do not use a body butter, I use the "Stone Crop Hydrating body lotion" from Eminence, which is an award winning product great for all skin types. But really, the skin on your body is a lot different than the skin on your face, the skin on your body is rougher and can handle more, much less easily clogged, so you don't have to be tooo picky about what you're putting on their body in my eyes, unless they have some serious condition or allergy, that's always important. I'm not a fan of Dermlogica because of their ingredients and some of the chemicals used, but that's just me, based off of my knowledge on ingredients, and what I believe in, I go more towards natural or organic products, but not all natural products are great either, so I feel it just takes a lot of research, and you will find the right product.
