What do you feel is the best investment machine for treatment rooms now?

I have to say my microderm machine has already paid for half of itself in the two months I've had it. I spent around $1800 on a diamond head, looked around for the highest vacuum rating I could find for the price. I pair it with enzyme treatments from the skinscripts line and so far have a 100% rebooking rate because people are so happy with the results.

I also have a lot of clients really appreciate my facial steamer's aromatherapy option. I've used doTERRA oils since the company started 4+ years ago and I wouldn't put anything else on a clients face. While I may get flack for mentioning an MLM company on this site I dare haters to find a more tested and pure source for essential oils in this country. That said, my clients really love the relaxing aromatherapy feature. I got mine for under $200 on amazon.

I have the high frequency, ultrasound and a cold/hot hammer functions available too but use them rarely.

I actually just started using doTerra also. Really for myself and clients. I love the oils. I also have just started using Skinscripts.I am about to open my own place -booth rental and want to get good quality equipment.Thanks for the help-wht brand is your Microderm Machine?

I think a quality Ultrasonic Spatula is a very good investment. I have gotten much more use from that than my very good microdermabrasion unit...that cost 5 times as much!

I like the machines that have an additional head for infusion...an ultrasonic "massage" feels nicer with that than the back of the spatula.

I purchased from another esty who closed her shop about 6 yrs ago...it looks like an import, the brand is ELTK. It has a foot pedal that I can use if I want - I have never seen another one quite like it.

If I were buying now I would want to get this unit...

Anybody heard anything about Radiancy LHE machine? I saw an ad in the SKininc, is it giving the real results?
