I keep 4 or 5 blankets on hand.

No - I don't wash them after every use. I fold the blanket back if I am taking out their arms for massage so that they only touch the sheet. and the sheet is folded over the top part so no part of the blanket touches client directly. Blankets do get washed fairly often though...if something spills on it or someone "contaminates" it. lol
