Hello Everyone!

I am a new esthetician working in two different enviroments. One I work in medical aesthetics where I am fed clients and paid a base hourly wage.

My other place of employment is a salon where I am the only esthetician. I do facials and full body waxing. I am paid on comission only.

I am looking for any ideas on how to build my book up at the salon and how to guarantee people rebooking. We've been running lots of specials which people have been taking advantage of, but not so many rebooks at full price.

I would appreciate any advice!
