Hey all!

I have an ongoing relationship with a ARNP/CRNA that comes to my salon and spa about once a month or so. We have now done 3 events and I feel like my compensation is so small that its not worth the time that I put into it.

Im looking for suggestions on what I should expect for my compensation. 

The things I do to set up the party..

Email my clients and set up a appointments. I charge 10.00 for the appt.

provide my spa room

Supply snacks and drinks

What I've gotten out of the deal.... 30 units of botox from the first event

                                                       5% of his total sales from the second event

                                                       5% of his total sales from the third event

Botox is 10.00 a unit and Filler ranges from 400-550 a syringe.

Anyone else out there do these kinds of events? I feel like with all of the work that I do to get the event going and set that I should be better compensated.
