I'm looking at buying either the BT-Nano or the Nuface and was wondering your thoughts? Have you worked with either, prefer one or the other? I have touched micro since esti school several years ago because I didn't feel comfortable and I'm looking to start again. I need something easy to use, affordable and worth the money.

I've only used the Nano and I've had great results with it.   I have no experience on the other one you mentioned.

Some of our Spa partners use NuFace and have great success with it.  I tried it out a few times at various events and it appeared durable and easy to use.

I have used NuFace with great temporary results.  It is easy and very cost efficient to use.  I have not used the BT Nano, but assume it is more expensive.

Jacque how long have you been using it ? how did you get involved with the equipment ? Through the spa you work at or are you a independant esthetician ? Are you also using their serums ?

I was initially introduced thru a spa I directed approximately 3-4 years ago.  The spa was approached as a potential distributor.  We chose not use them at our spa, however I purchased one for my own use and business.  I do not use their product or serums.  They are a low cost device that can acheive temporary results.

Hi, I have nuface for awhile now and I barely use it. could you tell me how could you incorporate it with facials? Thank you

I am in the same predicament as you Lizabeth ! I actually came on the forum today to see if any one else has used the NUFace. I have heard / read info about the bt nano but was told about the NuFace by a friend who works at the 4 seasons where they use it in their esthetic treatments. I actually even spoke to a rep today about it... They want you to be a wholesale client and purchase it for  $190 (regular $325) but to get it at $190 you must purchase 6 of them. You keep one and retail the others. If you dont want to do that yet, you can purchase at regular price.

Retail them?  To clients?

Yes Jodi ! I was a little puzzled by it too ? I asked the rep about it, and she said it was a way to get the clients to keep up with their treatments at home to get the best results. She said it was a great way to build income for my business. I was concerned that the clients would not come back regularly to get the treatment from me...she said that they would still come in because they cant really do it the way a professional would. I don't really care for that part, seems a little gimmicky . But I like the idea of the pricing, effectiveness, and uniqueness of the product as a means for me to get started offering microcurrent at a very inexpensive price. Until I can afford to get a better system. ( i really would like to get the bt nano)

Do you need any other licensing or training for this equipment? Could you send me the link with the info and pricing?  Thanks

I have the BT Nano and adore it.  The training from BT is horrible, however.  If you do go with it, make sure you visit You Tube and watch Christine Byer's videos on microcurrent.  Her videos are extremely helpful as far as understanding where you place the probes and how you work the muscles.  IDI also gives a short lesson on microcurrent in one of their classes.

So upon further research online and from what the reps sent, I decided to go with NuFace. However I purchased it through www.SkinCare.com because it was only $187 on sale and Free 3-5 day shipping.
